What personal data do we collect?

We may collect name, contact details, certain diversity identification of individuals owning/leading your organization, or any other information provided by you, for the purpose of the Program.If you register as a diverse company with us, we will not use the information for the purposes of directly identifying an individual. The survey relates to company information, and it has been designed to minimize or avoid the collection of personal data. We are not collecting individual-level data relating to our supplier’s staff and, instead, are asking for (amongst other things) a declaration of whether your company is diverse based on our definition. After the application, we will request for evidence to establish your organization as a diverse organization.We acknowledge that whilst the vast majority of responses will not contain any personal data, personal and sensitive personal data may be shared for purpose of establishing the organization being owned/led by a diverse individual/group of individuals. However, as explained above, we have carefully considered measures to prevent and minimize the identification wherever possible and we will not intentionally use the information to identify You. To the extent that any personal data is collected, HUL, Genpact and Sattva are the joint data fiduciaries/controllers of data.

Why are we collecting this data?

We will use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  1. Process your application under the Program
  2. Verify the disclosures and information provided in the application, particularly the
    diversity status of your organization
  3. Contact you for the purpose of the Program
  4. Perform any analytics and assessments to improve and enhance the Program
  5. Any other purpose arising in future directly related to the execution and
    implementation of the Program

Lawfulness of processing

We do not expect to process personal data. To the extent that we collect any personal data, our lawful basis for processing such data will vary depending on the country in which it is collected and local laws.We rely on deemed consent for the purpose of processing Cookies and non-personal data.By using our websites, you are consenting to our use of cookies also. Data retention

If you respond to our survey, we will keep your data for three (3) months from completion of the Program i.e., completion of the Accelerator Program for the shortlisted Candidates. We will anonymize and aggregate information for retention after such a period.
